13.2 Right of objection If we process your personal data on the basis of an overriding legitimate interest, you have the right at any time, on grounds arising from your particular situation, to object to such processing with effect for the future.
If you exercise your right of objection, we will discontinue the processing of the data in question. Any further processing is reserved, however, if we can establish compelling grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms, or if processing entails the enforcement, exercise or defence of legal claims. If your data subjects are processed by us for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can exercise the contradiction as described above.
WHEN you exercise your right of objection, we will cease to process the data in question for direct advertising purposes.
14) DURATION OF THE STORING OF PERSONAL DATA
The duration of the storage of personal data is measured according to the respective statutory retention period (commercial and tax retention periods). After the expiry of the period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance of the contract or the conclusion of a contract and/or there is no legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.
